56UL, 60SUL has the same 30T thin sheets used as the 62XUL. For the reel sheet wood spacer, special pearl wood as used in high-quality billiard ques. Experience the designer's complex design.

One special feature of this blanks is that we bake 1 piece blank, than cut it in 2 pieces. Solid carbon is used for the spigot joint. So we retained a natural bending curve of the originally 1 piece blank.

Spigot joint made centerless at thetaper inside the blanks.	Please do not insert with force to prevent damage.	There is a serial number for every rod made at the tip and the butt. Aftermarket care system for rods made or bought at retail stores.
Multi piece rods made out of 1 piece blanks is a manufacturing method that ordinary American custom fly rod makers used before. But now, there are only few who still do so. Rod can not be just cut anywhere. Reinforcement fabric is rolled into the blank at the spigot joint, and matched to blank's inner joint taper in each piece produced - this takes a lot of time and technique. Restaffine's Hinoue thinks that rather than designing the tip and butt separately, 1 piece manufacturing with many action tests without compromising suits Area Trout fishing needs better, unleashing blank's full performance.

　Reel placing system is finished by hand even in cold seasons. First ABS resin is shaved as the main parts, 0.2 mm Shaved Alumi ring attached around the ABS resin, sled rolled around the alumi ring, and epoxy resin coated to finish.
(Please note) Even if reels are placed tightly, it is designed to leave some 2mm to 3mm space between the wood spacer and reel stopping ring. Please do not tighten it so tightly to prevent damage.
